Shipment

• Shipping within Germany takes 1 to 3 working days.

• Shipping is available throughout Europe. If certain shipping destinations are not available on the website, please contact us via Instagram or by email at bayaraa.abaya@gmail.com .

Return and right of withdrawal

A right of withdrawal only exists if the delivered goods are defective or do not correspond to the order. Returns for other reasons, such as dissatisfaction, are excluded.

• The complaint period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods.

• To make a claim, please send a clear explanation by email to bayaraa.abaya@gmail.com , ideally with photos to document the defect.

Conditions for a return

To be eligible for a refund, the items must:

• Must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition .

• Be free of stains, damage or odors .

• Be accompanied by all original labels and packaging .

A notice:

If the returned goods are used, dirty or damaged , we reserve the right to refuse return or to charge a replacement value , as resale in this condition is not possible.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following items:

• Custom-made or personalized products made to customer specifications.

• Sealed items which are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.

• After receipt and inspection of the return, the refund will be made within 14 days to the original payment method used .

• Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the shipment is faulty .

Return costs

• The customer shall bear the costs of return shipment unless the delivered goods do not correspond to the order or are faulty.

• Please return the goods securely packaged and with tracking to avoid loss in transit.

Declaration of revocation

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a clear statement by email to bayaraa.abaya@gmail.com . You can use the sample withdrawal form , which we will be happy to provide upon request.
